Has anyone out there come up with an "Empathy" Power? Maybe one where you can both detect and transmit emotions from/to another being/animal, etc.???

I'm actually surprised there isn't an emotions-only Power already!

Use the Boost/Lower Trait power and apply it to the NPC reaction table

There's also a power called empathy in the Sci-Fi GM's Toolkit. It lets you boost your Charisma by reading others' emotional states and responding to what they want to hear, or by manipulating their emotions in subtle ways.

Slipstream also has an Empathy power.

Could also be a trapping in the form of Detect/Conceal Emotions, or ... Speak Language > Read Emotions?

Fantasy World Builder Toolkit also has a power called Anger/Peace that can make the target more/less hostile.
