I don't think that one needs much Savaging, really. Just the SF or Pulp Gear toolkit, a little work making races (maybe), and some open-minded players.

I saw that RPG and instantly thought of Ulysses 31.

My copy of Hellas arrived last week. It's a VERY cool setting and I've got to say, the Omni system fits it perfectly.
