If a superhero had Teleport with the Rapid Teleport modifier, which allows a character to teleport 3 times in 1 action and make multiple actions or extra attacks, does that mean you could theoretically attack 3 different targets with 1 attack apiece?

3 targets with 2 attacks apiece?

What about if the Superhero also had Two-Fisted and Ambidextrous Edges to offset the MAP and Off-hand penalty, does he get 3-6 attacks at no penalty against 3 targets?

Teleport with Rapid Teleport doesn't grant additional attacks; as it states, "The character can divide multi-actions or extra attacks over the teleportations."

So it just lets the character divide any existing additional attacks from multi-action (like attacking with two weapons) or other sources (like Frenzy or the Extra Actions/Extra Limbs powers).

So to attack 3 different targets where he would not be adjacent to any two of them at the same time, the character with Rapid Teleport would need the separate ability to make three attacks as their own individual actions.

For instance, a character with Ambidextrous, Two-Fisted, and Extra Action (with Repeat Action) could make three attacks a round as separate actions, and divide them between his teleport distance, affecting up to three distinct targets.
