the secert for Academia Nacional Española gives the player no penalties on wild attacks

is this basically just giving them +2 damage and attack

seems pretty powerful to me, equvilant of 3 edges and will stack with those edges aswell

improved trade mark they would always have +4 attack with no penalty

so the etheir attack or defend now no upper option

well yeah but thats at legend and you would have to have 3 years in game to learn it and you'd have to pay member ship all those years. so it does have a cost. that said its a cost well spent

Thing that one's good, go look at the secret for the Lady's academy. Turn your charisma bonus into damage. Could potentially get up to +8 damage to all attacks (Very Attractive, Noble, and Charismatic). So yeah the secrets are pretty darn good...
