Is a trick something that only Wild Cards can pull off or can Extras try as well? Can GM-controlled NPCs (like enemies in combat) perform tricks?

Any character can perform a Trick; there's no character specific limit on them.

Heck, even animal level Smarts creatures (A) could potentially try it; it would likely occur with pack-based predators as opposed to others, but it's possible.
