Probably the FAQ would be a good place to start, but I think it hasn't been updated for most of the new settings. So here you go...as always with my caveat: As far as I know....
50 Fathoms - by Shane Hensley
Pirates in a flooded fantasy world. Do I really need to explain further?
Demo games run at Origins and GenCon
Blood Moon - by Shane Hensley
I don't know much as this is Shane's private project. I've heard the word 'Gothic' used in connection.
Demongate - by Randy Mosiondz
Modern horror conspiracy. Demons, angels, hermetic orders, guns, secrets....
Demo games run at GenCon.
Fortune & Glory - by Joe Wolf
In the best traditions of Indiana Jones, and the pulp serials.
Deno games run at Origins and GenCon
Necessary Evil - by Clint Black
Super heroes...only you'll be playing Super Villains trying to save the earth.
Rippers - by Simon Lucas
Victorian era monster hunting - possible Steam Punk elements...I don't know for sure.
Scairy Tales - by Brent Wolke
An apocalypse in the land of the fairy tale beings.
Demo games run at GenCon
Slipstream - by ?
Aliens meets Event Horizon meets Blade Runner meets...
Official games run at Origins and GenCon
Sticks & Stones - by Rob Lusk and Dave Ross
Cave Punk. Cavemen and Dinosaurs. Comedy RPG
Demo game run at GenCon
Sundered Skies - by Dave Blewer
Spell Jammer how it should have been. High Fantasy. Skyships.
Quite a lot of info was released for this before the boards went down.
WW: The Boxer Rebellion - by Frank Frey
I know nothing about this except that it's weird wars and it's the boxer rebellion.
WW: The Crusades - The Unholy Lands - by Shane Hensley
Saracens, crusaders, the true cross, demons...good stuff!
Official games run at Origins and GenCon
WW: The 'Nam - Tour of Darkness - by Teller
Vietnam war meets cthullu-esque terror!
Official games run at Origins and GenCon
WW: Blood Fued - The Uncivil War - by Christopher McGlothin
The US Civil War gone weird. Don't know much about this yet.
WW: Wilderness Wars - by Matthew DeForrest
The American Revolutionary War, the French Indian War, and all wars around that time period, gone weird.
Since these are all official, if you want to know more, I'd suggest opening a new thread over in SW: Official Settings. Lots of people played in the demo and official games, and they might be able to give you some insight. _________________ - Brent 'thwaak' Wolke

Hmmmm... I wonder if the Uncivil War will have any official Deadlands connection... _________________ "Any sufficiently analyzed magic is indistinguishable from science!" - Agatha Heterodyne

Wow...all of these settings sound AMAZING! I can't wait to see them starting to come out. I just wonder how many new spells/edges/hinderances/equipment/new rules and so on will be in each one. I'm worried that some people might start thinking about them as "must haves" instead of "want to haves..."

Evernight contains:
16 new Edges; 4 of them are setting-specific and couldn't be used outside of Tarth.
2 new Hindrances, both of which are setting-specific.
5 new Powers, one of which was made available in the free Deadlands conversion download.
Remember, the setting books will never be "must haves"; they're all set up to give specific flavor and options for the specific stories and worlds they contain.

Yep; the Savage Worlds Manifesto says that to run anything you will ONLY EVER NEED 2 BOOKS: the rulebook and the setting book.
OK, there's no Manifesto, but it's still true. _________________ Butch Curry

But... But... ALL Savage Worlds books are Must Haves. Like Igor from Dork Tower I simply MUST HAVE some things. I even bought Great Rail Wars, even though I knew I probably didn't have time to play it much(but boy, it was worth it just for the few times I have been able to play). I'm definitely getting my money's worth from Evernight, though. If 50 Fathoms is at least as good as Evernight(hopefully with far fewer typos), it'll be an ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE. _________________ "Any sufficiently analyzed magic is indistinguishable from science!" - Agatha Heterodyne

Thanks! And call me Brent, please. thwaak is an internet handle I always use (because it's always available), but I prefer Brent.
I hope this little puzzler hasn't been a waste of time and was actually informitive about the Savage Worlds settings (especially mine! ), but really from everything I have seen, you can't loose on any of these settings, and if one is not to your tastes, another will be.
Don't forget the Reloads that are coming as well!
Now, finally, if we can get a couple of certain authors to make their announcements, I can finally X-off the other two settings from the puzzle. _________________ - Brent 'thwaak' Wolke

Hmmm... For Hive Queen and Country doesn't seem to fit 3 or 7. Privateer's Bounty and Screamers don't seem to fit either. Does that mean there's STILL 2 others that haven't been announced?
P.S. I'm updating the FAQ now, Brent. It'll be sent to John, he'll PDF it and upload it to the Yahoo Group soon after Screamers and Privateer's Bounty are available. _________________ "Any sufficiently analyzed magic is indistinguishable from science!" - Agatha Heterodyne

You would be correct. As mentioned in other thread there have been several more settings given the green light since I did this little puzzle. Yes...these two settings haven't been announced yet. _________________ - Brent 'thwaak' Wolke
