Hey, so I'm just discovering the Pinebox setting, and it looks really cool.
I'm curious, with Pinnacle taking over, will any of the PDF-only supplements see print? |

I can give you a good solid "maybe." I'm not meaning to be an evasive booger-head, but that's the only answer I can guarantee any accuracy for right now. _________________ Joel Kinstle

Well, that's better than a good solid, "No!"

Sir, I very much like your attitude. I'm sure you and I could grow to get along as well.

| Well, the way I look at it, anyone who uses 'booger-head' is aces in my book. |

Finishing edits and rewrites. Should have this turned over to Pinnacle in the next week to two weeks. Preston and I are busting on it right now.
Thanks for the interest!

Ran a Cthulhu game the other night that took place at ETU and it brought on the nostolgia so I dug out some of the old photos. http://flickr.com/photos/bloodshadows/5877585564/sizes/m/
I need to go back and re-edit all the photos I took. Learned a lot since those were taken. _________________ Mike Dukes |

| May I safely assume this has something to do with some of the mterial that was done for d20 Modern? I hope so, as it will mean I'll have it in print. and SWEX works better for modern day anyway. I'm thinking of looking over what I have already for that and converting over. |

| I wouldn't mind that myself. Although I have two Pinebox, TX books pending through FRPGames. |

Sorry guys. All I can say is that Degrees of Horror (aka "the ETU book") is "in production". Beyond that, I can't really say when it'll hit the streets.
In the meantime, if you want a Pinebox fix I heartily recommend Buried Tales of Pinebox, Texas with stories by talented writers in and outside of the game industry including some guy by the name of Shane Lacy Hensley. There's also a brand new short story set in Pinebox that will be coming out in an anthology next month. This is NOT a 12 to Midnight or Pinnacle book. It's a short fiction anthology by another publisher who was kind enough to invite me to participate. It hasn't been officially announced yet, so I'm not allowed to say much beyond that. However, come October I'm sure I'll be back here to give everyone the scoop. _________________ Preston P. DuBose

| Buried in Pinebox is actually one of the two books I have on the way to me from FRPGames the other two being Last Rites of the Black Guard and the Smith and Robards catalog. |

I can't recommend Buried Tales enough - one of the best horror story compilations I've picked up in recent years. _________________ the cake is a lie |

I am the problem. See I actually went blind before Christmas and it interrupted my writing on Degrees for Pinnacle and for Agents of Oblivion for Reality Blurs. I had two eye surgeries and now I'm good, but I missed my two week window of writing due to this. (I'm a teacher IRL), so...I can tell you Preston has finished up a chapter that had been holding him up and is working on the final plot point rewrites. I need to heavily edit the Creature Feature section and we'll finally be done and send it on to Pinnacle. We are working on it, it will get done, and I hope it's worth the wait.
Thanks for all the support!
