Troll Lord Games will be at Egypt Wars III in Carbondale, Illinois this Friday-Sunday! After a brief respite from GaryCon, I'll be selling Castles and Crusades products and running demos at Carbondale's Civic Center. Three C&C games are on the official schedule. Friday night 7-11pm...
They Call Him Guff: Your band of adventurers is enroute to a friendly town for rest and relaxation. The discovery of a couple of dead bodies derails any plans you had. An Orc named Guff is most likely responsible for these executions. Bring him to justice, whilst protecting other innocent villagers. Castles and Crusades is the fantasy game you've played for years, made simpler by the Siege Engine mechanic. No. of players:6
Saturday 7-11pm...
Lure of Delusion: Two children have vanished from their home, carried off into the forest by some foul-minded creatures. Enter the Elkhorn Deeps and attempt a rescue. Be wary, for things are not always as they seem. Where allies and enemies work in tandem, great dangers often dwell. But above all, beware of the Lure of Delusions. Castles and Crusades is the fantasy game you've played for years, made simpler by the Siege Engine mechanic. No. of players:6
Sunday 9am-1pm....
The Cloud Giant's Tower: What first appeared to be a storm turned out to be something unnatural. Townsfolk discerned a shape in the midst of the clouds, a tower. Many wandered what it could mean, or what treasures it might hold. An adventure is in the offing for those brave enough to enter The Cloud Giant's Tower. This adventure is written by former TSR luminary, and Gamma World creator, James M. Ward. Castles and Crusades is the fantasy game you've played for years, made simple by the Siege Engine mechanic. No. of players:6
Other off-schedule games may be a possibility, as well. Plenty of retail shopping opportunities, restaurants, and one of the biggest, longest-running brick and mortar games stores await in the home of Southern Illinois University. For more information about Egypt Wars III, visit Castleperilous.com and warhorn.net On a side note: I think there are one or two Wonderland No More games on the schedule. Hope to see some of my fellow Castles and Crusades and Savage Worlds players at the con. |
