[NE] Atlanteans and LLV?

Were atlanteans suppose to have Low Light Vision as a racial trait? Every atlantean npc in the book (as well as a certain villainous affiliated race that shows up everywhere. wheee spoilers) has LLV and not through Powers. Is this something that's gonna be touched on in Errata?

They weren't supposed to have it, but apparently, the NPCs all got it and don't want to give it up. Razz

If the GM wants to give the race Low Light Vision, he can, or he can remove it from the NPCs or simply say they have it by virtue of their powers, equipment, or inherent NPC-ness.
