Humm, which would be the closes Savage World product to Shadow run? _________________ "I say Mr. Chesterson, is that a giant ether squid following us?"

| When it comes to any kind of cyberpunk goodness I would have to go with Interface Zero. Triple Ace Games on the other hand does have Daring Tales of the Sprawl. I know IZ doesn't have meta humans like Shadowrun does, but for my dystopian punk future needs it seems to scratch that itch. |

| I'd think it would be pretty easy to bolt on metahuman races and the SW magic system to Interface Zero. |

For fell, I'd say Runepunk
It's not a game with cyberware but yo uhave
magic and guns
characters taking semi-legal or illegal jobs
slang
population generally miserable, oppressed, drowning their sorrows in booze and drugs. |

Interface Zero (IZ) - a dystopian cyber-punk setting with rules for androids, humans, genetically-enhanced humans, and animal-human hybrids. That last race really makes it easy to create ShadowRun races (elves, dwarves, trolls) that are actually balanced. Or just use the core rules race creation to create the races and bolt them onto the IZ cyber mechanics.
And the Zeeks are one of the most interesting No Power Points systems I've seen.
Daring Tales of the Sprawl by Triple Ace Games (DToS) - a dystopian cyber-punk setting with simply cybernetics rules, humans-only, and a lot of SR flavor. You'll have to build and bolt-on races, but that's not a big deal. And it's cheaper than IZ.
Runepunk - a dystopian single-city world that fuses magic and technology into one setting. Lots of awesome, but not a lot that transfers well into Shadow Run. _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."

I keep hearing amazing things about IZ, and I'm a huge Shadowrun fan. I know there is a Kickstarter in the works for a 2.0 of the rules - I'm keeping a close eye on it. _________________ Chris (aka GlassJaw) |

I've heard people say, and I agree, that you can take IZ and add in the Fantasy elements (pick up the Fantasy companion ideally, but you don't have to) and you get SHadowrun _________________ TIGER, tiger, burning bright

I'd run Daring Tales of the Sprawl with Meta Humans (Elves, dwaves, etc...) _________________ "Anything smaller is just fiddly, and fiddly is not one of SvgW's three Fs..." |

I am currently running a Savage Shadowrun game using Triple Ace Games - Daring Tales of the Sprawl as a base, i used the Fantasy Companion to add on fantasy elements and tweaked the base SWD magic system a little to be inline more with Shadowrun magic fluff.
So far it has been easy to manage/convert and a lot of fun to run. Finally a Shadowrun rules system that is fast, furious, fun AND feels like shadowrun. |
