Now that it's all said and done, it wasn't too bad in my neck of the woods. Heck, we only lost cable for a couple hours last night. I'm home today because we lost power at the office building, though. Newport News on the other hand got it pretty bad. My sister lost 2 trees and the master bathroom in her house. No injuries though.

Lost power for less than fifteen minutes, lost cable for a couple of days (no big loss, really!). My work (about five miles away) had a power outage for about four days, I believe, but it wasn't critical enough to get me called in.

(I'm maybe 20-30 minutes north of DC.)
