It'll probably be a reasonably-priced download. As of the time of writing, it's not up yet, but Privateer's Bounty was up soon after it was announced.

| Screamers is sold on RPGnow as "Savage Tales #2". Is this really the case? I had the impression that ST would be RPG only. |

That was also my impression, but to be honest, I can't recall it being said anywhere that it was RPG "only".
It's not a big deal as I think it makes it clear when it's an RPG setting, and a mini-skirmish wargame. You can still pick and choose.
