“I want my two dollars… for CHARITY!”

If you love ’80s teen comedies, then you are likely a fan of Better Off Dead (1985). This iconic and hilarious movie, written and directed by Savage Steve Holland and starring John Cusack, Diane Franklin, and Curtis Armstrong, deals with Lane Meyer’s efforts to cope with the breakup with his girlfriend Beth (who dumped him for the captain of the ski team, no less).

Well a sequel (of sorts) is coming to the GamersTable Twitch channel as a charity fundraiser. It’s called “Better Off Un-Dead,” and we’ll let you guess what’s going to happen in this all-new adventure for Savage Worlds.

To make things even more exciting, Diane Franklin and Writer/Director Savage Steve Holland are actually playing in the game! Diane will reprise her role as Monique, the French foreign exchange student, and Savage Steve will be playing Ricky.

The amazing event is scheduled for Saturday, November 21st at 8pm EST, and the stream will raise money for Toys for Tots because… CHRIS-MASS!
