Pinnacle Entertainment Group is Hiring!
You heard right, amigos!
If you’ve ever wanted to be a part of the Pinnacle family, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for full-time staff to join our Arizona office, though off-site will be considered for particularly strong candidates. Salary is dependent on experience.
Right now, we’re looking to fill the following positions, so if either of these jobs is up your alley, send your résumé to [email protected]:
LINE DEVELOPER
We’re looking for a full-time developer to write, edit, and manage some of our upcoming projects. Ideal candidates know Savage Worlds inside and out, and have played a variety of other games as well.
You need to be open to new ideas, willing to travel to conventions, run games for fans, interact with the public, and positively represent our company’s values and ideals. You also need to be easy to get along with. We’re a tiny office and we’ll be spending a lot of time together. This isn’t a position for a grumpy cat.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit source books, adventures, and rules
- Represent Pinnacle at conventions, game stores, and other gatherings
- Interact with the community via social media
Requirements:
- Must be a previously published author / designer
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
- Maintain a positive and encouraging social presence
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and basic PhotoShop is highly desired!
SAVAGE WORLDS EVANGELIST
Are you highly organized and like working with people on fun projects like Savage Worlds? Do you like to wear lots of hats? Literally or in the more traditional “we’ll ask you to help with many different types of things” way? Then let’s talk!
An ideal candidate also has a love of community management and knows how to wrap an iron hand in a big cushy, velvet glove. Ability to write copy, press releases, and clear and concise messages is an absolute must, as is love of games of all type…RPGs, board games, minis, etc.
Proficiency with basic video production and editing is a plus! We have super sekrit plans!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage promotions and programs with fellow gamers, stores, distributors, and conventions
- Work with our game developers on articles to promote our upcoming games. They can be grumpy and overworked sometimes, so you’ll need a Persuasion of d8 or higher ????
- Coordinate volunteer admins on our social media and forum pages
- Play, believe in, and evangelize our games!
- Contact websites, forums, reviewers, and other outlets to help get the word out about all this crazy stuff we make
- We need help working with customers, retailers, distributors, and translation partners to let them know what we’re working on and what’s coming.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
- Maintain a positive and encouraging social presence
