📺 This Thursday night starting at 8 p.m. Eastern, host Chris Landauer is joined by Paul Rudolph of licensee Table Cat Games, publishers of Street Wolves: Turbo Edition for Savage Worlds!

The setting of Street Wolves is inspired by synthwave aesthetics, 80s TV shows like Miami Vice, and neo-noir movies like Drive, and it features a dash of retro futuristic tech.

Players take the roles of Street Wolves, operatives that work outside the system as investigators and problem solvers. They fight numerous foes in the shadows such as a sinister conspiracy, a powerful cult, corporate goons, Soviet spies, drug traffickers, while facing their own inner demons.

Synthwave is baked into the system through the emphasis on heroes on the edge fighting against forces under the surface. There’s also a mysterious phenomenon named Vapor which causes cities to have unusual colors at night and it even gives the unlucky “Vapor poisoned” unusual powers. It’s a blessing and a curse.
