May’s Meeple Monthly (Issue #17) has a one-two punch of Deadlands goodness!

First up, there’s an article from our own John Goff, “A Real Detective Story in Deadlands: Noir.” John talks about his experience as a game writer, as an actual private detective, and about bringing those two worlds together in Deadlands: Noir. [I dare you to read it without hearing it narrated like a noir movie in your head. Go ahead. Try.]

Second, there’s an article about the upcoming release of Doomtown: Reloaded, an update to the classic Doomtown card game based off the Deadlands storyline. It’s not the first thing to crawl back out of a grave in Deadlands, but I bet it’s one people are happy to see!
