Some of you may have seen that our website, peginc.com, was “hacked.” In technical terms, the exploit corrupted a cached version of our site, displaying links to an overseas e-commerce site for a few hours to some people.
Once we spotted it, our web team got to work, isolated the issue, and restored everything. The most important thing you need to know is that we have found no evidence that any customer information was breached, and no credit card information is stored in the site. We’ve increased the security requirements on the site, so you may be prompted to change your password on your next login.
