Sometimes the math just doesn’t look right at checkout, or a customer mistakenly preorders a duplicate product. Please contact us first rather than dispute the charge with your bank. We are a small company and the fees from a disputed charge harm us far more than it does a large online retailer.
If you have any concerns about a charge from “GWG-PINNACLE-SIGIL” please email our customer service at [email protected].
GWG-PINNACLE-SIGIL: Great White Games is our corporate identity (Shane has always been a shark nut), and Pinnacle Entertainment Group and Sigil Entertainment are our DBAs (Doing Business As). [email protected] will reach the right people, we promise.
Thank you!

Pinnacle Entertainment Group generally chooses to operate from a position of trust, not assumed malice, with customers when dealing with infringements of policy. However, artificial intelligence (AI) technology and filesharing are pervasive and seemingly innocuous, with devastating repercussions for our company…which is to say, our families.
We request customers and licensees read the following policy in use at this time and refer any questions to [email protected] for the team to consider.
Policy Statement
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, inputting, or otherwise providing any content from Pinnacle Entertainment Group publications to external artificial intelligence (AI) systems and filesharing platforms, including but not limited to:
- Cloud-based large language models (LLMs)
- External AI chatbots and assistants
- Third-party machine learning platforms
- Online AI-powered analysis tools
- External AI training systems
This prohibition applies to external systems regardless of:
- Whether the AI system claims to use data for training purposes
- Whether the AI provider advertises “no training” or “privacy-first” features
- Whether the system is publicly available or privately deployed
- Whether the upload is for personal, educational, or commercial use
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Upload full articles, excerpts, or portions of content to external AI systems or public filesharing platforms
- Use external AI systems to summarize, analyze, or process publication content
- Input publication content into cloud-based AI services for research or writing assistance
- Feed publication material into third-party AI models for training processes
- Use external AI tools to reorganize, restructure, or repurpose publication content
Rationale
This policy protects against:
- Content Control Loss: Once uploaded to external AI systems, content control transfers to third parties
- Data Security Risks: Potential exposure through data breaches, system vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access by external providers
- Intellectual Property Misuse: Risk of external AI systems learning and reproducing proprietary ideas, analysis methods, or writing styles
- Competitive Intelligence Leaks: Exposure of strategic insights or proprietary research to competitors through third-party systems
Enforcement
Violation of this policy constitutes breach of the Terms of Use and may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Legal action for intellectual property infringement
- Monetary damages for unauthorized use
Exceptions
This policy permits:
- Use of locally-deployed AI tools that do not transmit data externally (e.g., local code completion tools, operating system tools that do not upload data like Copilot for Windows)
- Use of a filesharing platform for personal storage and retrieval only
- Citation and fair use under Pinnacle’s licensing restrictions
- Manual note-taking and traditional research methods
- Discussion of published content in human-only contexts

Pinnacle wants to make great games for an open, inclusive, and welcoming community.
If someone who represents our company has done something to make you feel uncomfortable, please contact Chief Operations Officer Jodi Black at [email protected], or President Shane Hensley at [email protected]. Either of us will try and help as best we can.
We don’t allow or condone harassment, which we consider conduct intimidating or threatening to the average person, especially as concerns race, national origin, ethnicity, age, veteran status, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.
Please note that we have no interaction with those who run, play, or talk about our games outside of our actual employees. We are still eager to hear about any issues you experience, however, so that we can try to take action to remedy and prevent further incidents.
We also love to hear about POSITIVE experiences you’ve had with our games! If someone ran a game and you had an incredible experience, please let us know and give us the GM’s name so we can reach out to him or her and say thanks. Or if you played something we made and you really liked it, we’d love to pass that on to the independent writers and artists who made it.
